*If unable to access or make SIP Valves, to drink liquids: (1) take in and hold breath before removing mask, (2) remove mask & drink (ensure not to breathe in), (3) put mask on and breathe out to clear contaminated air from your mask with the force of your own breath.
(Can slightly modify to take a drag/hit as well (e.g. take in smaller breath) before unmasking.)
